- Addis Consulting offers a four-week trial period where one of our experienced consultants works on a task force basis. This trial allows the consultant and the hotel to evaluate the fit before committing to a full-time arrangement. If both parties agree it’s a good match at the end of the four weeks, you can negotiate salary and benefits directly with the consultant. ADDIS CONSULTING then receives a 10% placement fee.

This list should include target accounts, non-producing accounts, lost business reports, reader boards, or any solicitation lists the hotel has.
